In an architectural intervention with clear respect for the city, The Vines project recovers for Calada da Tapada a set of 8 apartments in typologies 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and a store on the ground floor.
Created in 1645 as a royal game reserve and later reforested and renewed by D. Jos, Tapada da Ajuda marks this area of the city as an area of marked historical and aristocratic contour. Today, the Instituto Superior de Agronomia is located and, further down, the two hectares of vineyards that give name to this development.
The apartments are characterized by views over the vineyards, comfort, strong space management and functionality that we find in an excellent choice of finishes and equipment. Highlight for the high security doors, electric towel dryers in the bathrooms and the kitchen equipped with BOSCH appliances. All apartments have exterior areas and almost all have garage parking spaces.
In a unique location and with a panoramic view over the vineyards, between Ajuda and Alcntara, river and city, The Vines is also very close to Belm, Monsanto and Santos and just 10 minutes by car from the city center. A very typical area, with a lot of traditional commerce and with privileged views over the Tagus.
